摘要 JAK-STAT信号通路是近年来发现的一条由细胞因子刺激来发挥生物学效应的信号转导通路,参与细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡、免疫调节以及炎症反应等许多重要的生物学过程,NM23基因是人类较早发现的抑癌基因,本文主要对JAK-STAT信号通路在NM23基因抑制肿瘤浸润转移中的作用机制作一概述。 JAK-STAT signaling pathways were found in recent years which stimulatedby cytokines,Involved in cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,immunity and inflammation,and a number of important biological processes.NM23 gene were earlier found human tumor suppressor genes.This article mainly discusses the mechanism of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway in NM23 gene the function of inhibiting tumor metastasis.
