摘要
针对白云鄂博矿铁、稀土精矿品位低,杂质含量高的问题。以萤石型稀土-铁矿石为研究对象,进行系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,矿石铁品位为16.92%,稀土REO品位为7.68%,F含量为19.49%(主要是萤石),铌可综合回收;铁矿物以磁铁矿和赤铁矿为主,稀土矿物以氟碳铈矿和独居石为主;磁铁矿多呈浸染状充填在萤石和氟碳铈矿粒间,与萤石、氟碳铈矿共生,-74μm 90%磨矿细度下单体解离度为84.13%;氟碳铈矿多呈不规则粒状集合体充填在萤石矿物中,部分与磁铁矿紧密镶嵌,少数呈微细粒包裹于萤石矿物内部,嵌布粒度细,-43μm占96.39%;萤石大多以条带状或浸染状产出,部分萤石以包裹体形式嵌布在稀土和铁矿物内部,或呈不规则状充填在各矿物颗粒间,是稀土和铁选别的重要影响因素。研究结果为白云鄂博矿进一步提高稀土和铁精矿品位,改善工艺流程提供理论依据。
Aiming at the problems of low-grade iron and rare earth concentrate and high impurity content in the Bayan Obo mine.Taking fluorite-type rare earth thorium iron ore as the research object,a systematic process mineralogical study was conducted.The results show that iron grade is 16.92%,the REO grade is 7.68%.The F content is 19.49%(mainly fluorite),and niobium can be comprehensively recovered;the iron minerals are mainly magnetite and hematite,and the rare earth minerals are mainly composed of fluorite and monazite.Magnetite is mostly filled with fluorite and fluorocarbon cerite particles in the form of dissemination,co-existing with fluorite and fluorocarbon cerite,and it can be decomposed with-74μm at 90%grinding fineness.The degree of separation is 84.13%,fluorocarbon ceria is mostly filled with fluorite minerals in irregular aggregates,partly inlaid with magnetite,and a small number of fine particles are wrapped inside the fluorite mineral,with a fine grain size of-43μm accounting for 96.39%.Fluorite is mostly produced in the form of strips or impregnations,and some fluorite is embedded in the form of inclusions in the rare earth and iron minerals,or filled in an irregular shape between the mineral particles.Important factors affecting iron election.The research results provide a theoretical basis for further improving the grade of rare earth and iron concentrate and improving the technological process of Bayan Obo mine.
