摘要
在对谦比希铜矿西矿体矿样、主矿体矿样矿石性质研究的基础上,确定两种矿样的适宜配矿比例,并以该比例条件下所得混合矿为研究对象,分别优化了粗选工艺中硫化剂种类和用量、磨矿细度及捕收剂用量等条件。试验结果表明,采用一次粗选、三次精选、两次扫选进行浮选闭路试验,可以获得产率为4.99%、铜品位为35.04%、铜回收率为90.66%的优质铜精矿。
Based on the study of the ore properties of the west ore sample and the main ore sample of Chambishi copper mine,the appropriate ore blending ratio of the two ore samples was determined,and the mixed ore obtained under the condition of this ratio was taken as the research object.and the conditions of sulphidizer type and dosage,grinding fineness and collector dosage in roughing process were optimized respectively.The results show that the high quality copper concentrate with yield of 4.99%,copper grade of 35.04%and copper recovery of 90.66%can be obtained by using one rougher,three cleaners and two scavengers in the closed-circuit flotation test.
