摘要
随着采场开采深度的增加,硫化铜原矿中炭质板岩含量上升,给选矿指标造成不利影响。针对这一情况,采取了含炭质板岩代表性矿样展开了选矿试验研究,结果发现,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占65%的条件下,采用预先脱炭流程,并以丁铵黑药、异丁基黄药和戊基黄药的组合作为捕收剂,可以取得良好的试验结果。同时小试研究结果很好地指导了生产工艺的改进,使实际生产铜回收率较改进前提高了8个百分点,大幅提高了公司的经济效益。
With the increase of mining depth,the content of carbonaceous slate in the copper sulfide ore increases,which has a negative impact on the mineral processing indicators.In view of this situation,the mineral processing test was carried out with representative samples of carbonaceous slate.The results show that under the condition of 65%-0.074 mm,adopting the process of removing carbon in advance and using the combination of ammonium dihydrocarbyl dithiophosphate,isobutyl xanthate and amyl xanthate as collectors,satisfactory test results can be achieved.At the same time,the results of the pilot study guide the improvement of the production process well,and make the actual production of copper recovery increased by 8 percentage points compared with the premise of improvement,greatly improving the company’s economic benefits.
