摘要 国内某含钼铜精矿,铜钼可浮性相近,采用单一浮选工艺所需药剂量大,废水COD高。针对矿石性质特点,开发出了磁选—浮选联合工艺,与单一浮选工艺相比,磁-浮联合工艺获得的钼精矿中钼的回收率提高了2.87个百分点;硫化钠用量节省60%以上,水玻璃、六偏磷酸钠和煤油节省40%以上,同时废水COD下降60%以上。磁选-浮选联合工艺具有明显的经济效益和环境效益,为该类型铜钼矿的开发利用提供了新的技术方案。 A molybdenum-bearing copper concentrate in China has similar flotability of copper and molybdenum,and the single flotation process requires large dosage of reagent and high COD in wastewater.According to the characteristics of the ore,the combined process of magnetic separation and flotation was developed.Compared with the single flotation process,the recovery of molybdenum in the molybdenum concentrate obtained by the combined process of magnetic separation and flotation was increased by 2.87 percentage points.The consumption of sodium sulfide is saved by more than 60%,the consumption of water glass,sodium hexametaphosphate and kerosene is saved by more than 40%,and COD of wastewater is reduced by more than 60%.The combined process of magnetic separation and flotation has obvious economic and environmental benefits,which provides a new technical scheme for the development and utilization of this type of copper-molybdenum ore.
