提高乌山混合段铜钼回收率的浮选试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 乌山铜钼矿属于大型低品位铜钼矿床,近年来一直通过各种研究手段提高一段铜钼回收率。研究发现,通过中矿再选方式可以有效提高铜钼回收率,即对浮选流程中的精Ⅰ底流+扫Ⅰ泡沫进行单独再选,不仅可以提高铜钼回收率,还能脱除干扰浮选指标的细泥,提高混合精矿的品质,优化铜钼分离指标。通过试验最终使铜钼分离作业钼回收率提高7.44个百分点,铜回收率提高0.34个百分点。 Wushan copper-molybdenum mine is a large-scale low-grade copper-molybdenum deposit.In recent years,various research methods have been used to improve the recovery of copper and molybdenum in the first stage.The study found that the recovery of copper and molybdenum can be effectively improved by this way of middlings reconcentration,that is to say,separate reselection is carried out on the underflow of cleaningⅠand the foam scavengingⅠin the flotation process,which can not only improve the recovery of copper and molybdenum,but also remove the fine mud that interferes with the flotation index,improve the quality of mixed concentrate and optimize the separation index of copper and molybdenum.Through the test,the molybdenum recovery of the copper-molybdenum separation operation is improved by 7.44 percentage points,and the copper recovery is improved by 0.34 percentage point.
