企业开放式创新社区用户创意管理研究——基于吸收能力视角

摘要 互联网开放式创新社区(简称OIC)中用户创意成为企业创新的重要源泉。由于OIC用户创意日趋复杂多样化,如何从海量创意中快速吸收并高效利用有用信息,成为企业创新领域的重要课题。基于吸收能力视角,依据开放式创新和知识管理理论,建立企业OIC用户创意管理模型,认为企业主要通过创意知识获取、整理、转化和利用4个阶段来管理用户创意,通过海尔众创意和美的美创平台的案例分析,对模型应用进行具体分析,系统地阐述了企业OIC用户创意的管理机制,为企业在开放式创新模式下高效管理用户创意提供参考借鉴。 Innovation ideas from users in the Open Innovation Community(OIC)based on the Internet has become the important source of enterprise innovation.As OIC users'ideas is becoming more complicated and diversified,it has become an important topic in the field of enterprise innovation how to quickly absorb and efficiently utilize useful information from a large number of ideas.Based on the perspective of absorptive capacity,open innovation theory and knowledge management theory,this paper builds an users'ideas management model of enterprise OIC which holds that enterprises manage users'ideas through four stages:idea knowledge acquisition,organization,transformation,and utilization.And this paper makes a concrete analysis of the model's applicability through the case analysis of Haier IDEA and Midea Open Innovation Platform,systematically illustrates the management mechanism of users'ideas in the Enterprise's OIC.This study provides scientific guidance for enterprises in the open innovation mode to efficiently manage users'ideas.
