摘要
从“人人都是创业家”的文化溯源、时代背景、理论及实践入手,基于用户创客和在线员工的身份视角,分析了5家企业的管理实践。研究和比较了5家企业的商业模式,总结了互联网时代企业管理正在经历从产品收入到生态收入、从顾客到终身用户、从在册员工到在线员工、从企业家到创业家四个方面的转变。案例企业不单提供产品、服务和一揽子解决方案,同时孵化“创客”。在互联网时代,相比于传统的独立创业模式和众创空间孵化器模式,依托企业平台的创业模式可以获得更高的成功率。
Starting from the cultural origins,historical background,theories and practice sources of“Everyone is an entrepreneur”,this paper analyzes the management practices of five enterprises from the perspective of user makers and identities of online employees.The article studies and compares the five enterprise business model,points out that Rendanheyi business model,The CEO of Haier,is replicable in practice.In the age of internet,enterprises are experiencing changes in four aspects:from getting product revenue to getting ecological revenue,from obtaining customers to obtaining lifelong users,from employing employees to employing online staff,from being an entrepreneur to being entrepreneurs.The article points out that the objects of analysis——the five enterprises——mainly provide neither products,services nor a package of solutions,but incubate“makers”,because the ultimate goal of enterprise development is to develop people.In the internet era,compared with the traditional individual venturing business model and maker space business model,the mode relying on the enterprise platform has a higher success rate.
