With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,the human society has undergone tremendous changes.Artificial intelligence agents have created products that can provide us with convenience.The author believes that as long as the AI products meet certain requirements of the law on invention and creation,they can become invention and creation and be protected by the patent law.This paper will start from the analysis of the relevant examples of AI agent products,and then analyze the necessity and legal analysis of AI agent products should be the object of patent law protection.
