指示量具检定装置符合性评价应用实践

摘要 计量标准处于国家检定系统表的中间环节,起着承上启下的作用,通过逐级检定,将计量基准的量值传递到工作计量器具。企业内部的计量标准是统一本单位量值的依据,其量值传递的准确性直接影响被检器具的量值准确性,最终影响本单位测量工作的有效性。以指示量具检定装置考核技术要求为例,说明设备测量工作原理,建立测量模型,分析并评定不确定度,分别进行重复性验证、稳定性验证、不确定度验证,得出检定装置的符合性结论,确保内部量值传递的准确、可靠,并为通过计量标准的考核提供技术依据。 The measurement standard is in the middle of the national verification system,which plays a connecting role.Through the level by level verification,the measurement value of the measurement benchmark is transferred to the working measuring instruments.The internal measurement standard of the enterprise is the basis for unifying the measurement value of the unit,and the accuracy of the value transmission directly affects the accuracy of the measured value of the inspected instrument,and finally affects the effectiveness of the measurement work of the unit.Taking the technical requirements for the verification device of indicating and measuring tools as an example,the working principle of the equipment measurement is explained,the measurement model is established,the uncertainty is analyzed and evaluated,and the repeatability verification,stability verification and uncertainty verification are carried out respectively,and the compliance conclusion of the verification device is obtained to ensure the accuracy and reliability of internal measurement value transmission,and provide technical basis for passing the evaluation of measurement standards.
