社会情感财富、创新环境与家族企业创新投入

Socioemotional Wealth,Innovation Environment and Innovation Input of Family Firm

本文基于多元回归分析方法,以2015~2019年中国上市家族企业数据为样本,实证检验社会情感财富对家族企业创新投入的影响,以及创新环境对这种影响的调节作用。本文将社会情感财富分为4个维度:家族控制、政商关系、家族认同和代际传承意愿。研究结果表明:家族控制和家族认同对家族企业创新投入有消极影响;政商关系和代际传承意愿对家族企业创新投入有积极影响;家族企业所处区域的创新环境会缓解家族控制和家族认同对创新投入的消极影响,并加强代际传承意愿对创新投入的积极影响。

Based on the multiple regression analysis method,this article uses the 2015~2019 Chinese A-share listed family firms as a sample to empirically test the impact of socioemotional wealth on family firm innovation input and the moderating effect of the innovation environment on this impact.This article divides socioemotional wealth into four dimensions:family control,politicalbusiness relations,family identity,and the willingness of family succession.The research results show that:family control and family identity have a negative impact on innovation input;political-business relations and the willingness of family succession have a positive effect on innovation input;the innovation environment will alleviate the negative impact of family control and family iden⁃tity on innovation input,and strengthen the positive impact of the willingness of family succession on innovation input.
