摘要 开展工业企业科技创新发展效率评价对最大化利用科技资源以及提升科技发展水平具有重要意义。本文结合工业企业科技创新发展效率影响因素,建立了工业企业科技创新发展效率评价体系,利用三阶段DEA模型进行评价和分析。研究表明:当前我国各省市间工业企业科技创新发展效率存在较大差异,北京、吉林、上海、安徽4个省市工业企业科技创新发展效率处于最佳的状态,江苏、浙江、广东、辽宁、山东、重庆6个省市工业企业科技创新发展效率处于相对较好的水平,河北、山西等省市工业企业科技创新发展效率处于相对较低的水平,需要提升技术管理水平和扩大发展规模,以全面提升工业企业科技创新发展水平。 It is of great significance to evaluate the development efficiency of scientific and technological innovation of indus⁃trial enterprises for maximizing the use of resources and improving the level of scientific and technological development.Combined with the influencing factors of the development efficiency of science and technology innovation of industrial enterprises,the evalua⁃tion system of the development efficiency of science and technology innovation of industrial enterprises is established,and the threestage DEA model is used for evaluation and analysis.The research shows that there are great differences in the development efficien⁃cy of science and technology innovation of industrial enterprises among provinces in China.The development efficiency of science and technology innovation of industrial enterprises in Beijing,Jilin,Shanghai and Anhui is in the best state,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Guangdong,Liaoning,Shandong and Chongqing is at a relatively good level,Hebei,Shanxi and other provinces is at a relatively low level.It is necessary to improve the level of technology management and expand the scale of development in order to comprehen⁃sively improve the level of science and technology innovation of industrial enterprises.
