摘要
在疫情防控背景下,传统法学高等教育集中化、规模化、标准化的模式受到严重冲击。疫情期间,在互联网技术的帮助下,强势网络学校的法学教学效果溢出学校之外,优质法学教育课程数据化在全网域间传播,学生群体加速分化,更加适应“线上”教学。为应对挑战,法学高等教育应进一步完成教学目的由单一转向多元、教学主体由知识垄断转为知识创新、教学评价由结果评价转为过程评价的历史性转变。
Under the background of Covid-19,the centralized,large-scale,and standardized model of traditional legal higher education has been severely impacted.During the epidemic,with the help of Internet technology,the legal teaching effect of strong online schools overflowed outside the school.The digitalization of high-quality legal education courses spread across the entire network,accelerating the differentiation of student groups and making them more suitable for“online”teaching.To cope with the challenge,the higher education of law should further complete the historical transformation of teaching purpose from singleness to diversification,teaching subject from knowledge monopoly to knowledge innovation,and teaching evaluation from result evaluation to process evaluation.
