摘要 从液压系统清洗装置的液压系统原理着手进行分析研究,对原液压系统进行设计改进,并对液压元件的选择和安装顺序进行优化,以充分发挥各元件在系统中的作用。改进后,可以保证系统安全运行,降低系统噪声,有效控制系统温升,使液压系统获得更佳的工作性能。新的液压系统清洗装置具有压力高、流量大、污染度低,以及持续工作时间长的优点。 Analysis and research the hydraulic principle of cleaning system based on the original hydraulic device,and improve the design on it.From the selection of hydraulic components and the optimization of the installation sequence of components to give full play to the role of each component in the system.Keep the system running safely and make the hydraulic system obtain better performance by realizing the reduction of system noise,effectively control the temperature rise of the system.The new cleaning device of hydraulic system has the advantages of high pressure,large flow,low pollution and long working time.
