摘要 考虑到飞机电气线路构成和机上敷设状态复杂,一旦出现线路故障,将给排除定位造成较大困难。首先介绍了传统飞机线路故障查找定位的方法,通过分析航空维修系统中,线束检修排故的难点原因,提出利用信号反射技术,可以实现快速、准确定位线路故障点的方法。介绍了时域反射技术的基本工作原理、设备基本构成,以及工作过程方法,通过搭建技术系统,验证功能的可行性,并在飞机上实际检测,验证了短路、断路故障的判断和定位的可行性和效率,确定此技术在飞机修理中,作为线路故障快速定位方法可行。 This article starts from the complicated structure of aircraft electrical circuit and laying state,and points out that once the fault of the circuit occurs,it will cause great difficulty to eliminate the location.This paper introduces the traditional method of finding and locating the fault of aircraft line,analyzes the difficult reasons of wire harness maintenance and troubleshooting in aviation maintenance system,and then puts forward the method of using signal reflection technology to locate the fault point of the line quickly and accurately.Introduces the basic principle of time domain reflection technology,equipment,basic structure and working process of the method,through constructing technology system,the feasibility of validation functions,on the plane and the actual testing to verify the feasibility of short circuit,open circuit fault’s judgment and positioning and efficiency,and determine the technology in the aircraft repair line fault fast positioning method is feasible.
