摘要
TMC6200是一款用于高压永磁同步电机的三相桥驱动集成电路。它内部集成了可配置量程的电机电流调理电路,具有良好的动态性能和灵活的可配置功能。用TMC6200设计了一款永磁同步电机驱动器,并对其和与之匹配的永磁电机一起进行了I P控制的调速试验。试验结果表明,TMC6200可以满足永磁同步电机在控制方面的应用需求。
TMC6200 is a three-phase bridge gate drive IC for high voltage PM synchronous motors. The motor current conditioning circuit with con?gurable range is integrated inside the IC, with the advantages of good dynamic performance and ?exible & con?gurable functions. A PM synchronous motor driver based upon the TMC6200 is designed, while it is equipped with a PM synchronous motors, the speed regulation test controlled by IP is done as well. Test results of the whole set show the TMC6200 meeting with application requirement of the PM synchronous motor control.
