基于正交试验的注塑成型质量多目标影响因素研究 被引量:16

Research on Multi-Objective Influencing Factors of Injection Molding Quality Based on Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 显示器盖板属于薄壁注塑件,在生产中容易出现翘曲、体积收缩等缺陷。针对此问题,研究注塑工艺参数对其质量的影响。基于Pro/E软件建立显示器盖板的三维模型,并将其导入Moldflow软件进行注塑成型仿真。采用正交试验的方法研究了不同的熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力、保压时间和冷却时间等条件下产生的翘曲、体积收缩。通过极差分析确定显示器盖板的最佳工艺参数组合;通过方差分析确定各个因素对翘曲、体积收缩的影响程度。对最佳工艺参数组合进行实际生产验证,有效降低了塑件的翘曲、体积收缩率,提高了制品成型质量,为同类问题提供了参考方向。 The display cover belongs to thin-wall plastic parts,which causes warpage,volume shrinkage and other defects during production.Aiming at this problem,the influence of injection molding parameters on its quality was studied.The 3D model of display cover based on Pro/E software was established.And it was imported into Moldflow software for simulating the injection process.The orthogonal design method was used to study the warpage and volume shrinkage under different conditions of melt temperature,mold temperature,holding pressure,holding time and cooling time.The optimum process parameter combination of display cover was determined by range analysis.The effects of various factors on warpage and volume shrinkage were determined by variance analysis.The optimum process parameter combination was verified in actual production,which effectively reducing the warpage and volume shrinkage of plastic parts,improving the molding quality of products,and providing a reference direction for similar problems.
