陶瓷粉增强PP复合材料性能的研究 被引量:2

Analysis on Toughening PP Composites with Ceramic Powder

摘要 实验采用熔融共混法,以改性陶瓷粉(CP)为增强填料,调节CP的用量以期获得综合性能优良的聚丙烯/陶瓷粉(PP/CP)复合材料,就CP改性前后制得的PP/CP复合材料的拉伸性能、热稳定性及耐紫外老化性能进行了对比,测定了PP/CP复合材料的邵氏硬度D、结晶度、微观形貌及耐磨性能。实验结果表明,CP经KH570改性后与PP具有良好的相容性。随着CP用量的增加,PP/CP复合材料的硬度及结晶度呈现增大的趋势;PP/CP复合材料的摩擦系数随着CP的增加而提高,磨损率则逐渐降低。 The experiment adopts the melt blending method,and adjusts the amount of CP with the modified ceramic powder(CP)as the reinforcing filler in order to obtain a polypropylene/ceramic powder(PP/CP)composites with excellent comprehensive properties.The tensile properties,thermal stability and UV aging resistance of PP/CP composites were compared,and the Shore hardness D,crystallinity,micro-morphology and wear resistance of PP/CP composites were measured.The experimental results show that CP has good compatibility with PP after KH570 modification.As the amount of CP increases,the hardness and crystallinity of PP/CP composites show an increasing trend;the friction coefficient increases with the increase of CP,and the wear rate gradually decreases.
