摘要
利用溶剂挥发成膜法制备了具有生物可降解性能的聚乙烯/聚乳酸(PE/PLA)复合塑料薄膜,研究了不同的PLA添加量对复合薄膜性能的影响。相比纯PE薄膜,复合薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均得到提高,分别为33%和42%。PLA增强了分子间的交联作用,提高了材料的储能模量。生物降解实验表明,不同PLA含量的PE/PLA复合薄膜的降解能力明显高于纯PE薄膜。PE/PLA(60/30)在3个月内降解了24%,约为纯PE降解效率的4倍。
The polyethylene/polylactic acid(PE/PLA)composite plastic film with biodegradable properties was prepared by solvent volatilization method,and the effect of different PLA additions on the performance of the PE/PLA composite film was studied.Compared with pure PE film,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite film have been improved by 33%and 42%respectively.PLA strengthens the cross-linking between molecules and improves the storage modulus of the material.Biodegradation experiments show that the degradation ability of PE composite films with different PLA contents is significantly higher than that of pure PE films.PE/PLA(60/30)degrades 24%in three months,which is about four times the degradation efficiency of pure PE.
