中韩幼儿园大班教师指导手册教育目标比较研究

A Comparative Study on Education Goals of Teachers’Instruction Manuals of Senior Grade of Kindergarten Class Between China and Korea

摘要 幼儿园教师是幼儿教育的主要承担者,教师指导手册则是广大幼儿教师的主要教学资料,也是保障幼儿教育教学有效性、规范性的必要工具。研究选取浙江省广泛使用的浙江教育出版社出版的《幼儿园体验·探究·交往课程教师指导手册(大班)》和韩国幼儿园统一使用的韩国教育科学技术部颁布的《幼儿园环球课程教师指导手册(大班)》,对教育总目标、五大领域的目标以及教学活动目标的结构和表述进行了比较研究。研究发现:中韩教师指导手册的教育目标都是根据幼儿以及幼儿教育的特点,并按照一定的层次结构而制定的,但也有一些不同之处。建议幼儿园教师指导手册的活动目标要明确、具体。 Kindergarten teachers are the main undertakers of early childhood education.While the teachers’instruction manuals are the main teaching data of the majority of kindergarten teachers and the necessary tools that ensure the effectiveness and standardization of early childhood education teaching.On the basis of the compared study of the widely used Teachers’Instruction Manuals in Zhejiang province“Kindergarten Experience,Inquiry and Communication Curriculum(Senior Grade of Kindergarten Class)”published by Zhejiang Education Press and in Korea“Kindergarten Global Curriculum(Senior Grade of Kindergarten Class)”granted by Education Science and Technology Ministry,the study illustrated the structure and expression differences from the aspects of education aims,aims of five fields,and teaching objectives.The study found that the educational objectives of the teachers’instruction manuals are all set according to the characteristics of kids andearly childhood education and certain hierarchical structure.But there are also some differences.It is suggested that the goal of kindergarten teachers’instruction manuals should be clear and specific.
