建设现代职业教育体系,推进中高职教育一体化进程能够有效解决我国“高级技能型”人才短缺的现状。让职业教育服务于地区经济发展,满足社会成员多元化学习和全面发展的需要,使中职教育与高职教育有效衔接,为形成学习型社会奠定坚实的基础。采用以赛促教的形式,通过“智能鼠走迷宫”赛项备赛过程,总结出搭建心理衔接的桥梁、调整人才培养方案和借助信息化手段以及产教融合等方式促进中高职衔接的经验。

Constructing modern vocational education system to promote the integration of secondary and higher vocational education can effectively solve the current situation of the shortage of“advanced skilled”talents in China.Enable vocational education to serve regional economy development,and meet the needs of diversified learning and all-round development of social members,connecting secondary vocational colleges and higher vocational colleges,and laying a solid foundation for the formation of a learning society.In the form of competition to promote education,through the preparation process of“smart mouse walking maze”competition,the paper summarizes the experience of building a bridge of psychological connection,adjusting the talent training program,informatization technology means and integration of production and education,to promote the connection between secondary and higher vocational education.
