民族地区中职教师信息技术应用能力培训需求分析——以临夏回族自治州为例 被引量:1

Analysis on Training Needs of Information Technology Application Ability of Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools in Minority Areas——A Case Study on Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture

摘要 通过探讨民族地区中职教师信息技术应用能力培训需求,为进一步开展中职学校教师信息技术应用能力培训提供依据。以临夏州5所中职学校150名教师为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、访谈法进行实践研究。有82%的教师每年会参加信息化教学相关学习或培训,目前最多的培训形式是学校组织开展的基于网络的学习或培训(68.3%),培训内容需求程度由强到弱排在前六位的依次是:音频制作(29.0%)、信息化教学方法(17.9%)、微课制作(13.1%)、视频制作(9.0%)、动画制作(8.3%)、信息化教学设计(6.9%)。因此得出结论:在培训时,要做到培训前应有需求调研,培训中加强互动和实践活动,培训后应该有后续的联系,以便了解培训的效果。 Through exploring the training needs of information technology application ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools in minority areas,to provide basis for the further development of information technology application ability training for secondary vocational school teachers.Taking 150 teachers from 5 secondary vocational schools in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture as the selected research objects,use the method of questionnaire and interview for practical research.There are 82% of teachers taking part in informatization teaching related learning or training every year.At present,the most popular form of training is network-based learning or training(68.3%)organized and carried out by schools.The demand degree of training content is ranked in the first six places from strong to weak:audio production(29.0%),informatization teaching method(17.9%),micro-lesson production(13.1%),video production(9.0%),animation production(8.3%)and informatization teaching design(6.9%).Therefore,the conclusion is drawn:during the training,there should be demand research before the training;interaction and practice activities should be strengthened during the training;there should be follow-up contact after the training,so as to understand the effect of the training.
