摘要
试验采用2×4双因子设计,蛋白水平为28%、32%、36%、40%,脂肪水平为6%、10%,经过8周的养殖试验,探讨不同蛋白、脂肪水平对杂交鲂(Megalobrama terminalis♀×Erythroculter ilishaeformis♂)生长性能及饲料利用的影响。结果表明,饲料蛋白水平与杂交鲂生长性能存在一定的正相关关系,与饵料系数存在负相关关系,当饲料蛋白含量为40%时,杂交鲂的增重有所下降,饵料系数有所增高;10%饲料脂肪水平对提高杂交鲂的生长性能和饲料利用的影响存在显著作用(P<0.05),饲料蛋白、脂肪水平对杂交鲂生长性能无明显的交互作用(P>0.05)。以增重率为评价指标,杂交鲂幼鱼的适宜蛋白和脂肪水平为36.44%和10%。
One 8-week feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of dietary protein and lipid levels on growth,feeding and feed utilization of juvenile hybrid bream(Megalobrama terminalis♀×Erythroculter ilishaeformis♂).The experiment was a 2×4 double factorial design.Eight experimental diets containing four protein levels(28%,32%,36%and 40%)and two lipid levels(6%,10%)were formulated.The results showed that a positive correlation between the feed protein levels and the growth performance of juvenile hybrid bream were showed and that a negative correlation were showed between the feed protein levels and feed conversion ratio(FCR).When the protein level was 40%,the weight gain of juvenile hybrid bream decreased,and the FCR increased.The growth performance and feed utilization of hybrid juvenile hybrid bream were significantly better at feed lipid level 10%(P<0.05).The interaction between dietary protein and lipid didn’t exist for the growth performance of juvenile hybrid bream.With weight gain rate as the evaluation index,the suitable dietary protein and fat levels for juvenile hybrid bream were 36.44%and 10%in the study.
