摘要 文章建立了一种悬浮液进样-全反射X射线荧光光谱法(TXRF)同时测定进口鱼粉中的铬(Cr)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)和铅(Pb)含量的方法。方法采用1%Triton X-100水溶液为分散试剂,Ga元素为内标。铬、砷、汞和铅的检出限分别为0.61、0.15、0.20、0.20 mg/kg,相对标准偏差均小于5%,加标回收率为84.1%~103.0%。通过TXRF法与ICPMS法分别对鱼粉样品进行测定,两种方法所得结果在95%置信区间无显著性差异。该方法简便、快速、经济,可应用于进口鱼粉中铬、砷、汞和铅含量的检测。 A method for the determination content of chromium,arsenic,mercury and lead in imported fish meals by total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(TXRF)with suspension sampling was developed.1%Triton X-100 aqueous solution was used as dispersion reagent.The quantity of the four heavy metals was determined by internal standard method with Ga element as a reference.The detection limit of Cr,As,Hg and Pb in the solution was 0.61,0.15,0.20 and 0.20 mg/kg,the precision(RSD)was less than 5%,and the recovery rate was 84.1%~103.0%.It was also found that the measurement results analyzed by the methods of TXRF and ICP-MS for the samples had no significant difference in the 95%confidence interval.The developed method is simple,fast and cost-effective.TXRF can be applied to the detection of chromium,arsenic,mercury and lead in imported fish meal.
