益生元促钙吸收作用的研究进展 被引量:11

Research Progress of Prebiotics in Promoting Calcium Absorption

摘要 益生元在人体内不可被消化,通过作用于肠道菌群而对人体健康产生有益作用。除益生作用外,它还是一种理想的促进人体钙吸收的原料。初步研究发现,肠道菌群可使益生元发酵产生有机酸,降低肠道pH值,提高矿物质的溶解度;益生元发酵产生的短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)可刺激细胞增殖,增大肠上皮细胞表面积,提高钙的吸收能力;并且SCFAs可通过丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)、热休克蛋白27(HSP27)途径以及增加钙结合蛋白的表达而调控人体钙吸收。目前对益生元促钙吸收评价性的研究较多,但是缺乏系统性的机制研究。文章综述了钙吸收的途径、影响因素以及可促进钙吸收的益生元性质及特点,简要阐述了不同种类益生元的促钙吸收作用,探讨了益生元在补钙产品中的应用前景。 Prebiotics cannot be digested,but it has beneficial effects on human health by regulating intestinal flora.In addition to its prebiotic effect,it was an ideal material to promote the absorption of calcium.It was found that intestinal flora can produce organic acids,reduce intestinal pH and improve mineral solubility through prebiotic fermentation.Meanwhile,short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)produced by prebiotic fermentation can stimulate cell proliferation,increase the surface of intestinal epithelial cells,and improve the absorption capacity of calcium.In addition,SCFAs can increase expression of calciumbinding proteins to regulate human calcium absorption through mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),heat shock protein 27(HSP27)pathway.At present,many studies on prebiotics promoting calcium absorption have been reported,but systematic studies were relatively lacking.In this paper,we concluded the pathways of calcium absorption,influencing factors,the properties and characteristics of prebiotics that can promote calcium absorption,reviewed the effects of different types of prebiotics on calcium absorption,and prospected the application prospects of prebiotics in calcium supplement products.
