摘要
近些年来,村干部职务犯罪案件频发,损害农村地区人民的利益,社会影响恶劣,探究犯罪背后的原因对于预防村干部职务犯罪显得尤为重要。本文从犯罪心理学角度入手,总结了村干部职务犯罪的心理类型,分析了这些心理形成的原因,提出了预防村干部职务犯罪的心理预防对策,以求从根本上避免犯罪行为的发生。
In recent years,there have been frequent cases of village officials'duty crimes,which harm the interests of the people in rural areas and have a bad social impact.Exploring the reasons behind the crimes is particularly important for preventing village officials'duty crimes.Starting from the perspective of criminal psychology,this articde summarizes the psychological types of village cadres'duty crimes,analyzes the reasons for these psychological formations,and proposes psychological preventive measures to prevent village cadres'duty crimes in order to fundamentally avoid the occurrence of crimes.
