光皮木瓜中酚性成分研究 被引量:6

Phenolic Constituents from the Fruit of Chaenomeles sinensis

摘要 目的研究光皮木瓜[Chaenomeles sinensis(Thouin)Koehne]化学成分,为药理活性筛选奠定基础。方法采用大孔吸附树脂Daion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、ODS中压制备和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱并结合半制备液相等传统的分离手段,对光皮木瓜的体积分数50%丙酮提取物进行了分离纯化,通过系统波谱解析,结合文献数据分析,鉴定分离得到的化合物结构。结果从光皮木瓜中分离得到20个酚类化合物,6-O-(E)-feruloyl-β(α)-glucopyranoside(1),2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮-2-O-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),(E)-4-羟基-肉桂醇-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),顺式松柏苷(5),syringin(6),4-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),(7S,8S)-syringoylglycerol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),L-threo-guaiacylglycerol-8-O-β-glucopyranoside(9),3,5-dimethoxy-4-O-β-D-glucopyranosylphenylpropane-7,9-diol(10),3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenol 1-O-β-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol 1-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(12),二氢丁香苷(13),3-羟基-5-丙基苯基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(14),ω-hydroxypropioguaiacone(15),dihydrosyringenin(16),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(17),香草酸(18),1,3,5-三甲氧基苯(19)和对羟基苯丙酸(20)。结论化合物1~20均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents from the fruit of Chaenomeles sinensis(Thouin)Koehne and identify their structures.METHODS The 50%acetone extract of C.sinensis was isolated and purified by macroporous adsorption resin,Toyopearl HW-40,YMC-Pack ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.And the molecular structures of the obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Twenty phenolic compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 6-O-(E)-feruloyl-β(α)-glucopyranoside(1),2,4,6-trihydroxy acetophenone-2-O-glucopyranoside(2),(E)-4-hydroxycinnamyl alcohol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),cis-coniferin(5),syringing(6),4-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),(7S,8S)-syringoylglycerol-9-O-β-dglucopyranoside(8),L-threo-guaiacylglycerol-8-O-β-glucopyranoside(9),3,5-dimethoxy-4-O-β-D-glucopyranosylphenylpropane-7,9-diol(10),3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenol 1-O-β-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol 1-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(12),dihydrosyringin(13),divarin-3-O-β-glucopyranoside(14),ω-hydroxypropioguaiacone(15),dihydrosyringenin(16),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(17),vanillic acid(18),1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene(19),and p-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid(20).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-20 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
