摘要
目的探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,MPP)患儿血清α1、α2球蛋白水平及意义。方法选取2017年2月—2019年2月在河北北方学院附属第一医院治疗的MPP患儿119例并设为MPP组,同时选取健康体检儿童100例作为对照组。采用蛋白电泳法检测血清α1、α2、球蛋白区带各指标,包括α1酸性糖蛋白、α1抗胰蛋白酶、α1脂蛋白,α2巨球蛋白、结合珠蛋白、铜蓝蛋白、转铁蛋白、β脂蛋白、补体C3以及f纤溶酶原。对比分析组间及不同临床肺部感染评分(Clinical pulmonary infection score,CPIS)各指标的差异。结果MPP组血清α1抗胰蛋白酶、结合珠蛋白、补体C3分别为(4.02±1.03)g/L、(2.01±0.47)g/L和(1.92±0.37)g/L均高于对照组(P<0.05);MPP组和对照组α1酸性糖蛋白、α1脂蛋白、α2巨球蛋白、铜蓝蛋白、转铁蛋白、β脂蛋白和f纤溶酶原比较差异无统计学意义;MPP组CPIS≥6分患儿血清α1抗胰蛋白酶、结合珠蛋白、补体C3分别为(4.47±0.94)g/L、(2.42±0.28)g/L和(2.23±0.23)g/L高于CPIS评分<6分患儿(P<0.05);CPIS评分≥6分和CPIS评分<6分患儿α1酸性糖蛋白、α1脂蛋白、α2巨球蛋白、铜蓝蛋白、转铁蛋白、β脂蛋白和f纤溶酶原比较差异无统计学意义。结论儿童肺炎支原体肺炎血清α1、α2球蛋白有所升高,可能与患儿病情严重程度有一定关系。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the levels and significance ofα1,α2and globulin in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).METHODS A total of 119children with MPP who were treated in the first Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from Feb.2017to Feb.2019were selected as MPP group,and 100 healthy children were selected as control group.The serum levels ofα1,α2,and globulin zone were detected by protein electrophoresis,includingα1acidic glycoproteins,α1antitrypsin,α1lipoprotein,α2macroglobulin,binding globulin,copper blue protein,and transferrin,lipoprotein,complement C3and f plasminogen.The differences of clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)between groups were compared.RESULTS The serum levels ofα1anti-trypsin,conjugated globin and complement C3in MPP group were(4.02±1.03)g/L,(2.01±0.47)g/L and(1.92±0.37)g/L,respectively,significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences ofα1acid glycoprotein,α1lipoprotein,α2macroglobulin,aeruginosa,transferrin,lipoprotein and f-lysogen between MMP group and control group.In MPP group,the serum levels ofα1anti-trypsin,globin and complement C3in children with clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)≥6were(4.47±0.94)g/L,(2.42±0.28)g/L and(2.23±0.23)g/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in children with CPIS score<6(P<0.05).There no significant difference inα1acid glycoprotein,α1lipoprotein,α2macroglobulin,aeruginosa,transferrin,lipoprotein and f-lysogen between children with CPIS score≥6and CPIS score<6(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONThe serum levels ofα1,α2and globulin in children with mycoplasma pneumonia were increase,which may be related to the severity of the disease.
