摘要
目的探究多学科护理结合心理干预对老年慢阻肺(COPD)患者护理效果及康复情况。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月收治126名COPD老年患者作为研究对象,按电脑随机分号进行分组,其中对照组63名,行常规护理;观察组63名,行多学科协同心理干预。对比两组患者在临床上的生活质量、依从性情况、护理满意度等。结果护理后,观察组疾病控制、精神生活与物质生活评分均显著的高于对照组,对比存在明显差异(P<0.05);研究组在服药依从、自我管控方面均明显的高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);护理满意度对比结果显示,研究组(92.06%)明显高于对照组(76.19%),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论老年COPD患者实施有效的多学科协同联合心理护理干预能有效改善整体护理效果,对于提升老年患者病情康复、生活质量具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary nursing combined with psychological intervention on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 126 elderly patients with COPD were enrolled between January 20 and January 2019 as subjects.They were grouped according to computerized random semicolons,including 63 in the control group and routine nursing.63 observation groups were multidisciplinary.Psychological intervention.The clinical quality of life,compliance,and satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the disease control,mental life and material life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).The study group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of medication compliance and self-management.The contrast was significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction comparison showed that the study group(92.06%)was significantly higher than the control group(76.19%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Effective multi-disciplinary psychological nursing intervention in elderly patients with COPD can effectively improve the overall nursing effect.It is of positive significance for improving the recovery and quality of life of elderly patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
