近年,支持型社会组织通过各种形式,致力于首都社会组织能力建设现象越来越普遍。通过对北京市协助者社会工作发展中心及其发起的"助力计划"进行典型案例剖析,探讨支持型社会组织在参与首都社会组织能力建设方面存在的问题、总结所取得的成效,进而提出以下一系列改进和提升支持型社会组织参与社会组织能力建设的现实策略:加强支持型机构自身能力建设,明确并坚持组织使命与愿景,坚守价值观,进一步提升信息公开力度、重视自身信用建设;探索有针对性的个性化能力建设模式,致力于能力建设、打造品牌项目;加强与支持型社会组织同行间联系,建立伙伴间组织网络等。

In recent years, it is more and more common for supportive social organizations to devote themselves to the capacity building of social organizations in the capital city of Beijing through various forms. By the case analysis on Beijing Social Work Development Center for Facilitators and the Public welfare projects "Help Plan" it launched, the research explored the problems that supportive social organizations devote themselves in the capital, social organization capability construction, sums up the problems of the results obtained, and then put forward the advice to strengthen the construction of support type institution itself ability, to clear and insist on the organization’s mission and values, and to enhance information publicity efforts pay attention to their own credit construction, The research also attempts to discuss the reality strategy through exploring the targeted personalized ability construction pattern, focusing on capacity brand building, strengthening the contact with supportive social organization members and establishing an organizational network among partners.
