国内现行洁净室各相关标准均依据ISO 14644-1:1999制定,目前正处于参照2015版修订中。介绍了ISO 14644-1:2015的主要内容,探讨了2015版在证实等级的检测方法中有关采样点数量相比1999版的较大变动。对2015版采样点数量确定方法的科学性提出了质疑。参考国内多年来洁净室检测的实践经验,提出了有别于ISO 14644-1:2015有关采样点数量确定方法的建议,供国内标准进行相应修订时参考。对国内洁净室及相关受控环境有关标准编制所面临的处境和状况提出了一些看法和建议。

Relevant domestic standards for cleanrooms are formulated in accordance with ISO 14644-1:1999 and are currently being revised with reference to the 2015 edition.Presents the main contents of the ISO 14644-1:2015,and discusses the obvious change of sampling point number in the test method of air cleanliness classification of the 2015 version compared to the 1999 version.Questions the determination method of sampling point number in ISO 14644・1:2015.Puts forward a proposal for determining the number sampling points that is different from ISO 14644-1:2015 based on the domestic cleanroom testing experience,providing the reference for related standards revision in China.Discusses the current situation of the formulation of relevant domestic standards for cleanrooms and associated controlled environment.
