摘要
有源子阵是相控阵雷达的重要组成部分。文中介绍了有源子阵的基本架构与组成,就有源子阵总体设计、互联设计、冷却设计、微系统(Microelectromechanical Systems, MEMS)技术运用等结构设计关键技术进行了讨论。以某一车载相控阵雷达有源子阵的结构设计作为示例,为后续有源子阵设计提供了参考。
The active sub-array is an important part of phased array radar. This article introduces the basic architecture and composition of the active sub-array. The key technologies of structure design such as overall system design, connection design, cooling design and application of microelectromechanical systems(MEMS)are discussed. The structure design of the active sub-array of a vehicle-borne phased array radar is presented as an example. It provides a reference for subsequent structure design of active sub-array.
