视频方法鉴定车速问题研究

Research on speed identification by video method

针对摄像机在车道上方的情况,录制的是车辆尾部或前部图像,有时无法利用路面上或车体上的参考长度直接得到检验车辆的行驶距离;提出拟利用车辆行驶距离与车体横向放大率的关系式,间接获得车辆行驶距离,从而鉴定车速。通过公式推导得出车辆行驶距离与车体横向放大率的关系式和路面实验得出车辆行驶距离与车体横向放大率的拟合关系式,对比实验,检验方法鉴定车速的有效性。通过理论分析和路面上的实验研究,得到车辆行驶距离与车体横向放大率成线性关系,与其他方法测得的车速差异较小,可满足司法鉴定工作的需要,并提出简便易行的操作步骤。

In some cases,the camera is above the lane,therefore the rear or front of the vehicle is recorded.Sometimes,it is impossible to directly get the driving distance of the vehicle examined through the reference length on the road or the vehicle body.The driving distance can be obtained indirectly by using the relation between the driving distance of the vehicle and its body lateral magnification in order to identify the vehicle speed.The relation between the driving distance of the vehicle and its body lateral magnification is deduced theoretically.Then the fitting relation between the driving distance of the vehicle and its body lateral magnification is obtained by road experiment.The validity of this speed identification method can be verified by comparison of the theoretical analysis and the road experiment.The linear relationship between the driving distance of vehicle and its body lateral magnification was established by both theoretical analysis and road experiment.There was little difference found.The result is satisfying with this speed identification method applied to case work.Simple and easy operation steps was put forward.
