不同自我经济状况满意度的老年人养老需求分析——基于家庭医生式居家养老服务的调查

Survey on the needs of the elderly with different self-economic conditions satisfaction——Based on the survey of family doctor home-based care services

通过方便抽样选取武汉市社区310名老年人,利用自制问卷调查其对家庭医生式居家养老服务的需求情况,分析自我经济状况满意度不同的老年人的需求差异,以期为家庭医生式居家养老的发展完善提供依据。结果发现老年人需求得分前三的项目是“体检、诊疗服务、健康咨询”,自我经济状况满意度不同的老年人对“体检”“诊疗服务”“健康咨询”“建立居民健康档案”“制定健康管理计划”“双向转诊”的需求具有统计学差异。自身经济状况满意度不同的老年人对家庭医生式居家养老服务的需求不同,应以政府为主导,根据社区居民需求情况和经济满意状况有针对性地提供家庭医生式居家养老服务。

In order to provide a basis for the development and improvement of family doctor home-based care for the aged,310 elderly people in Wuhan community were selected through convenient sampling,and their demands for family doctor home-based care services were investigated by self-made questionnaire with different economic self-satisfaction conditions,and the differences were analyzed in demands of elderly people with different economic self-satisfaction conditions.It is found that the first three projects of the elderly’s demand were“medical examination,medical service,health consultation”,and the needs of the elderly with different economic self-satisfaction conditions there are significant difference:“medical examination”,“medical service”,“health consultation”,“establishing health record”,“developing a health management plan”,“dual referral”.Elderly people with different satisfaction of their own economic conditions have different demands for family doctor home-based care services,so the government should take the lead,and provide the family doctor home-based elderly care services based on the needs of the community elderly and the economic satisfaction.
