摘要 物品的分拣在工厂及物流等领域具有广泛的应用,传统分拣方法不仅速度较慢、准确性较低,并且不具有物品的自动识别功能。提出了利用机器视觉和气动机器人的自动化分拣解决方案,并从软件和硬件两方面进行了详细的设计。首先对机器视觉单元的算法及软件进行了相应的分析和设计,选取了机器视觉软件Halcon对图像进行准确编程处理,接着设计了气动机械手及推料机构联合的分拣执行装置,并选取可编程控制器(PLC)作为控制器,最后对控制系统进行仿真实验。相比传统分拣装置,该分拣系统具有物品自动识别功能,能快速准确地识别并分拣各种不同形状、颜色和材质的物品,具有效率高、成本低等优点。 The sorting of products is widely used in factories,logistics and other fields.The traditional sorting is not only time-consuming and inaccurate,but also short of function of products identification.An automatic sorting solution using machine vision and pneumatic robot is presented in this paper,and the system is designed in detail from software and hardware.Firstly,the algorithm and software of machine vision unit are analyzed and designed.The Halcon,which is a machine vision software,is selected to process the image recognition accurately.Then the sorting executive device of pneumatic manipulator and pushing mechanism is designed,and the programmable controller(PLC)is selected as the controller.Finally,the simulation experiment of the control system is carried out.Compared with the traditional sorting device,the sorting system has the function of automatic identification of objects,which can quickly and accurately identify and sort the objects of different shapes,colors and materials,and has the advantages of high efficiency and low cost.
