摘要
为充分发挥高钙粉煤灰混凝土的绿色环保特点,加快高钙灰混凝土的应用,本文结合其CaO含量≥10%,自凝等特性,研究高钙粉煤灰的品质与施工关键点,并结合相应的试验案例,探讨高钙粉煤灰在现代混凝土中的应用情况。研究结果表明,高钙灰在实际应用中应控制其掺量(≤20%),需加强高钙灰混凝土的养护条件,注意恒温恒湿;高钙灰的掺入会造成混凝土的轻度缓凝,与低钙灰相比,其造成的混凝土强度损失更低。
In order to give full play to the green characteristics of high-calcium fly ash concrete and accelerate the application of high-calcium ash concrete,this paper combines its CaO content≥10%,self-coagulation and other characteristics,to discuss the application of high-calcium fly ash in modern concrete by studying the character of high-calcium fly ash and the key points of construction,and combined with the corresponding test cases.The results show that the content of high calcium ash should be controlled in practical application(≤20%),the curing condition of high calcium ash concrete should be strengthened,and the constant temperature and humidity should be paid attention to.The addition of high calcium ash caused the concrete to slow down slightly,and the loss of concrete strength was lower than that of low calcium ash.
