微型桩技术在既有建筑基础加固中的应用

Application of micro pile technology in foundation reinforcement of existing buildings

微型桩是建筑基础托换的一种加固方式,其施工场地需求小,施工时对原有基础影响小,在既有建筑基础托换加固中,有明显的适用优势。本文以成都某住宅项目商业裙楼基础加固为例,介绍微型桩技术在基础加固中的应用,以供同类项目参考。

Micropile is a kind of reinforcement method for underpinning of building foundation,Its construction site demand is small,and the construction has little impact on the original foundation.It has obvious application advantages in underpinning and reinforcement of existing building foundation.In this paper,taking the foundation reinforcement of a commercial podium in a residential project in Chengdu as an example,this paper introduces the application of micro pile technology in foundation reinforcement,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
