摘要
通过化学镀的方法将银颗粒镀到轧光涤纶织物表面,以制备化学镀银织物,并对镀银织物的性能进行了分析。通过对镀银织物的表观形貌、导电性能、红外隐身性能等测试分析,筛选出最佳镀液浓度。结果表明,镀层织物的方块电阻和红外发射率会随着镀液中硝酸银的浓度增加而降低,当镀液中硝酸银的浓度为14.0 g/L时,施镀后的涤纶织物具有光泽且光滑的表面,其方块电阻值可达90.29 mΩ·cm-2,红外发射率为0.37,并具有一定的电磁屏蔽性能。
In this paper,silver particles were plated on the surface of calendered polyester fabric by electroless plating,and the experimental process and properties of silver-plated fabric were analyzed.The optimum bath concentration was selected by analyzing the morphology,conductivity,infrared stealth of silver-plated fabrics.The results show that the block resistance and infrared emissivity of the coated fabric decrease with the increase of the concentration of silver nitrate in the bath.When the concentration of silver nitrate in the bath is 14.0 g/L,the coated polyester fabric has a glossy and smooth surface.The block resistance of the coated fabric can reach 90.29 mΩ·cm-2 when the infrared emissivity is 0.37.The finished fabric also has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance.
