摘要
为满足人们对针织服装高档化和多功能化追求,通过对镀银导电纱线进行功能性分析,运用针织组织结构特点,并集成可穿戴智能控温系统,采用22.0 tex镀银导电纱线及35.7 tex×2(28 Nm/2)的羊毛、腈纶混纺纱(50∶50),在12针/25.4 mm龙星双针床电脑横机上,开发一款一体成形智能电加热针织毛衫。详细介绍纱线性能、织物结构设计、毛衫款式设计及产品功能性测试。该电加热毛衫具备智能加热功能,且轻柔、合体、穿着舒适,可满足人们冬季户外运动或工作的保暖需求。
In order to meet people’s pursuit of high-grade and multi-functional knitted garments,through functional analysis of silver plated conductive yarn,using structural characteristics of knitted fabric and integrating wearable intelligent temperature control system,an integrated intelligent electric heating knitted sweater is developed by using 22.0 tex silver plated conductive yarn and 35.7 tex×2(28 Nm/2)wool and acrylic blended yarn(50∶50)on G12 Longxing double-needle bed computerized flat knitting machine.Yarn performance,fabric structure design,sweater style design and product functional testing are introduced in detail.The designed electric heating sweater has intelligent heating function,and is soft,fit and comfortable to wear,which can meet warmth retention requirements for outdoor sports or work in winter.
