摘要
空分装置正常运行时膨胀机的制冷量主要为补充系统的冷量损失,因此膨胀量的下降将直接导致系统的制冷量不足,影响空分装置的产氧能力。同时,膨胀量的下降将直接导致转速的下降,当转速下降至共振区间时将损坏设备。本文介绍了膨胀机在线停机单体加温解冻的方法,总结了停机加温过程及加温取得的效果。
When the air separation unit is in normal operation,the cooling capacity of the expander is mainly related to the loss of the cooling capacity of the supplementary system.Therefore,the decrease of the expansion capacity will directly lead to insufficient cooling capacity of the system and affect the oxygen production of the air separation unit.At the same time,a decrease in the amount of expansion will directly result in a decrease in the rotational speed,which will damage the device when the rotational speed drops to the resonance speed interval.This paper introduced the method of warming up the expander online as a single unit,and summarized the shutdown and warming up process and the results.
