A DRAINAGE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ON-LINE PROCESSING OF NATURAL GAS PIPELINE LEAKAGE

介绍天然气主管线放空导淋阀阀前管段严重腐蚀穿孔泄漏的情况,设计出一套适合在线处理该管线泄漏的引流装置并成功应用,对泄漏点进行成功引流,消除了威胁装置安全生产的隐患。

This paper mainly introduced the emptying guide tube valve section of the natural gas pipeline suffered by a severe corrosion,perforation and leakage situation.In this case,a set of drainage device suitable for online treatment of the pipeline leakage was designed and successfully applied.Not only the leakage point was successfully drained,but also the hidden dangers that threatened the safe production of the device were eliminated.
