新孟河界牌水利枢纽工程高性能混凝土应用实践 被引量:2

摘要 新孟河延伸拓浚工程界牌水利枢纽工程设计使用年限为100年,主体结构混凝土设计指标为C30F50W6,服役期间主要受到碳化等腐蚀作用。施工过程中混凝土采用优选原材料、优化配合比、低用水量、低水胶比、较低的水泥用量、双掺粉煤灰与矿渣粉、掺聚羧酸高性能减水剂,矿物掺合料掺量中等偏上的配制技术,同时适当延长带模养护时间,闸墩和站墩通水冷却等施工技术措施防止产生温度裂缝。实施效果表明混凝土各项性能满足百年寿命混凝土的性能指标要求;经设计、生产和实体结构质量3个方面评价,混凝土实现高性能化。 The design service life of Jiepai water control project of Xinmeng River extension dredging project is 100 years.The design index of main structure concrete was C30F50W6,and it was mainly subjected to carbonization and other corrosion during its service.During the construction process,compounding technologies of concrete adopted optimized raw materials,optimized mix ratio,low water consumption,low water-binder ratio,low cement consumption,double-mixed fly ash and slag powder,high-performance water reducing agent mixed with polycarboxylic acid,and mineral admixture with medium and higher dosage.The maintenance time of the belt mold was appropriately extended at the same time,and the construction technical measures such as water cooling of the gate pier and the station pier to prevent temperature cracks.The implementation results showed that the concrete performances could meet the requirement of performance index of hundred-year-old concrete.Through the evaluation of design,production and solid structure quality,concrete achieved high performance.
