摘要
心力衰竭作为心血管疾病死亡常见原因之一,人类的生命健康受到极大的威胁,故积极寻找一个在心力衰竭诊断、治疗及预后评估有潜在作用的新兴生物标志物变得十分迫切。sST2是近年来心血管疾病方面的研究热点之一,主要通过发挥其“诱饵受体”作用,阻止IL-33/ST2信号转导通路启动心肌保护级联反应,促使细胞凋亡和心室重构,增加了心力衰竭患者致死率。因此通过检测血清sST2水平,进而对心力衰竭进行早期诊断、危险分层,为其治疗及评估预后提供临床依据。本文就sST2在心力衰竭中的研究进展进行综述。
As one of the common causes of death of cardiovascular disease,heart failure is a great threat to human life and health,so it is urgent to actively look for a new biomarker which plays a potential role in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of heart failure.Soluble ST2(sST2)is one of the research hotspots in cardiovascular disease in recent years,mainly by playing the role of"bait receptor",preventing IL-33/ST2 signal transduction pathway from initiating myocardial protection cascade,promoting apoptosis and ventricular remodeling,and increasing the mortality of patients with heart failure.Therefore,by detecting the level of serum sST2,we can make early diagnosis and risk stratification of heart failure,so as to provide clinical basis for its treatment and evaluation of prognosis.This article reviews the research progress of sST2 in heart failure.
