能谱CT在鉴别甲状腺结节性质中的应用进展

Application process of spectral CT in differentiating the nature of thyroid nodules

甲状腺癌由于起病隐匿、缺乏特异性表现,与甲状腺良性病变难以鉴别,易出现误诊及不必要的手术治疗。正确诊断甲状腺病变性质,对患者的治疗方式选择及预后评估有着重要意义。能谱CT的多参数定量分析技术,为甲状腺肿瘤鉴别诊断、评估颈部淋巴结转移及疗效评估等方面提供更多有参考价值的信息。本文简要介绍甲状腺结节常规检查方法、能谱成像的原理并综述能谱CT在甲状腺结节诊疗方面的应用进展。

Thyroid cancer is difficult to distinguish from benign thyroid lesions due to its insidious onset and lack of specific manifestations,which is prone to misdiagnosis and unnecessary surgical treatment.The correct diagnosis of thyroid lesions is of great significance for the selection of treatment methods and prognosis assessment of patients.The multi-parameter quantitative analysis technology of the spectral computed tomography(CT)can provide more reference value information for the differential diagnosis of thyroid tumor,assessment of neck lymph node metastasis,and evaluation of curative effect.The routine inspection methods of thyroid nodules and the principle of the spectral CT were briefly introduced and the application progress of the spectral CT in the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules was reviewed in this paper.
