高岭土填充量对PA66复合材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文利用插层处理的高岭土与PA66进行熔融共混,制备PA66/高岭土复合材料,考察高岭土填充量对材料力学性能及热稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着高岭土填充量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及热变形温度均呈现逐渐增加的趋势,但当填充量超过8%后变化趋缓;缺口冲击强度先下降再上升最后趋于平缓。当高岭土填充量为8%时,材料拉伸强度为91.71MPa,弯曲强度为115.92MPa,缺口冲击强度为4.11 kJ/m^2,热变形温度为96.2℃,产品的力学性能优良,能较好的满足相关要求。 PA66 was modified with intercalated kaolinite by melt blending method to prepare a kind of PA66/kaolinite complex material,and the infuence of kaolinite content on the mechanical property and thermal stability of complex material was investigated.The results showed that,the tensile strength,flexural strength and heat distortion temperature have an upward tendency with the increasing of kaolinite content,and the ascending trends were getting slow down when the content of kaolinite exceeded 8%.Meanwhile,the curve of notched impacted strength increased at first and then decreased.When the content of kaolinite was 8%,the tensile strength,flexural strength,notched impact strength,and heat distortion temperature of the complex material prepared got the value of 91.71MPa,115.92MPa,4.11 KJ/m^2,96.2℃respectively.
