摘要
在进行发动机吸雹试验时,要求冰雹的发射速度符合适航要求。为了确定冰雹发射装置的设计参数,本文采用压缩空气炮的结构形式,计算冰雹在空气驱动下的发射过程。利用气体动力学基础原理和面接触理论,搭建了25mm和50mm冰雹运动过程模型,分析不同初始条件、不同发射管结构对冰雹发射速度和运动过程的影响。研究结果对发动机吸雹试验的冰雹发射装置设计和研制具有指导价值。
In order to determine the design parameters of hail launcher,the structure of compressed air gun is used to calculate the ejection process of hail driven by air.Based on the basic principle of aerodynamics and surface contact theory,the movement process models of 25 mm and 50 mm hail are established.The influences of different initial conditions and launching tube structure on the hail emission speed and motion process are analyzed.The research results have guiding value for the design and development of hail ejection device for engine hail absorption test.
