摘要
通过实例介绍了国家标准《机械振动转子平衡第21部分:平衡机的描述与评定》(GB/T 9239.21-2019)中Umar、URR的检测和评定方法,分析了两个指标的物理意义及其评定的物理意义,指出了存在的问题,并对两个指标进行了评价。
Minimum Achievable Residual Unbalance(Umar)test and Unbalance Reduction Ratio(URR)test are explained by using a practical example.The physical meanings of the two terms and their evaluation are analyzed.The problems of the national standard are pointed out,and the assessment is made to the national standard.
