缺陷类型及尺寸对3238A/CCF800复合材料层压板压缩性能的影响

摘要 为研究缺陷类型及尺寸对3238A/CCF800复合材料层压板压缩性能的影响,本文选取划痕、分层和冲击3种典型缺陷类型及3种缺陷尺寸,开展了典型缺陷试验件的静力压缩性能试验。试验结果表明:层合板压缩极限强度随划痕缺陷尺寸的增大而线性减小;相对于划痕缺陷,在一定范围内分层及冲击缺陷尺寸的变化对层合板压缩性能影响较小;不同缺陷类型对层合板压缩性能的影响由大到小依次为冲击缺陷、划痕缺陷、分层缺陷。 In order to study the influence of different defect types and sizes on the compressive properties of 3238 A/CCF800 composite laminate,this paper selected three typical defect types and sizes:scratch,delamination and impact,designed and carried out the static compressive mechanical properties tests of the typical defect simulation parts.The results showed that the effect of scratch defect on the compressive strength of the laminate decreased with the increase of defect size,and the influence of delamination and impact defect size on the compressive strength of the laminate was not obvious within certain range,and the influence of different defects types on the compressive strength of the laminate is from impact,scratch to delamination.
