某民机疲劳试验气密加载方法的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 充气区域放置填充物是提高全尺寸飞机疲劳试验速率的有效方法,但填充物会影响对试验件的检查,并且填充物的碎屑容易堵塞测压孔,给试验带来安全隐患。为此,针对某民机疲劳试验,研究了大容积充气加载技术,保证试验速率,避免放置填充物的缺点。同时,研究了气密地板加载技术,保证了试验件气密性和地板载荷的精确施加。 Placing filler in inflatable area is one of the effective methods to improve the rate of fatigue test of full-scale airplane,but the filler can affect the examination to the test piece,and the filler debris can block the pressure hole easily,which can influence the security of the tests.Therefore,in a civil aircraft test,the large volume pneumatic loading technology is studied to insure the rate of tests and avoid the risk caused by placing filler.At the same time,the airtight floor loading technology is studied,which can ensure the air tightness of airplane and the precise loading of floor load.
