Research and Application of Remote Management about Integrated Test Data

综合测试数据全面反映了航天产品的质量性能。为了改变传统单机管理产品测试数据模式的不足,开展了基于网络的综合测试数据远程管理系统研究,提出了系统的组成方案和网络架构设计。在此基础上,开展了系统各模块的详细设计。实际应用表明,该系统集成了作业计划管理、现场数据采集、数据处理分析,提高了测试数据的利用效率和产品的质量评估水平。

The integrated test data can reflect the quality and performance of aerospace products.In order to overcome the shortages of traditional local management about the integrated test data,a remote management system based on network is researched.The composition scheme and network architecture design of the system are proposed.The detailed design of each module of the system is carried out.Operation plan management,field data collection,data processing and analysis are integrated in the system,which improves the efficiency of test data utilization and the level of product quality evaluation.
